How do I sign up to become a Rewards member?

If you sign up in-store, you will receive your Stride Rite Rewards Card immediately. If you sign up online or by phone, your Stride Rite Rewards Card will be mailed to you.

How do I become a member of Stride Rite Rewards?

You can sign up at participating U.S. Stride Rite Specialty Stores or Outlets excluding those in California, online at or by calling Stride Rite at 800-299-6575.

How will I know that I am a Rewards Member?

If you sign up in-store, you will receive your Stride Rite Rewards Card immediately. If you sign up online or by phone, your Stride Rite Rewards Card will be mailed to you. If you provide an email address during sign up, you will receive a "Welcome Email" that will include your Rewards Member Number and a link to activate your online Rewards account.

Does it cost anything to become a Rewards Member?

Rewards Membership is free.

Who can become a Member?

Rewards Membership is open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older, excluding employees of Wolverine Worldwide Inc. and its affiliates, and their immediate family who live in the same household.

What if I don't have my Rewards Card with me while making a purchase in-store or online?

No problem. At participating stores, a Stride Rite Associate can look up your Rewards Member Number based on your name and address or telephone number or email address. When you log-in at, your Rewards Member Number will be accessible and any online purchases you make will automatically count toward your next Reward. If you cannot access your Rewards account, please call Customer Service for assistance at 800-299-6575.

Can I sign up to become a Rewards Member but not make a purchase?

Yes, you can. But in order to earn Rewards you need to make purchases.

Why should I provide my email address when I sign up in-store or via Customer Service?

Email is the quickest, easiest way to provide you with Rewards Member updates including special promotions, sales and exclusive offers. Plus we want to encourage you to register your account online in order to enjoy access to our Rewards Member Center where you can manage your Rewards and keep track your child's shoe size and recent purchases. We respect your privacy. We will not share your email address with any other companies. Please visit for additional information.

Can I cancel my Rewards Membership?

Yes, you can cancel your Rewards Membership any time by calling Stride Rite's Customer Service line at 800-299-6575. Please note that the balance in your account is non-transferable.

What are the benefits of becoming a Stride Rite Rewards Member?

How will I receive my Rewards?

Your Reward Coupon will be mailed to you approximately 7-10 days after your last qualifying purchase. Please allow 7 days for mailing.

How can I keep track of my Rewards?

By registering at, you will enjoy access to our Rewards Member Center where you can manage your Rewards account, view purchase history and check your Rewards balance.

What purchases will qualify towards my Rewards?

All items purchased at participating Stride Rite Retail Stores, Outlets or online at including non-shoe items, such as socks, backpacks or hats, will help you earn Rewards. The purchase of a Stride Rite Gift Card will not qualify towards your Rewards. Exclusions also include dollars spent on sales tax, state fees, shipping charges, rebates, coupons, Rewards Coupons or survey certificates.

What if I made a purchase and my Rewards Member number is not on my receipt or on my order confirmation email, will I still get credit for my purchase?

If you are a Rewards member on the date of your original purchase, then you are eligible for credit towards your Rewards account for up to 90 days from that date of purchase. To receive that credit you must call Customer Service at 1-800-299-6575 or email Proof of purchase will be necessary so be sure to keep your receipt or have your order confirmation email readily available when you call or include the same information in the email. Remember that while you have 90 days to register a purchase if your Rewards number is not on a receipt or order confirmation email, to qualify you must have been enrolled in Rewards on the date of your original purchase.

How long do I have to earn my Rewards?

You have a full year from the date of your first purchase to accumulate $75 in qualifying purchases to earn your first $10 Reward. Unused dollars will expire and the Rewards balance will be adjusted accordingly.

How quickly will my purchases be posted to my account?

Your purchases will be posted within 5 business days to your online Rewards Member account accessible at

Is there a limit to the number of Rewards Coupons that I can earn in one year?

No, there is no limit to the number of Rewards that you can earn in one year.

Using my Rewards

Where can I use my Rewards Coupon?

You can use your Rewards in any participating U.S. Stride Rite Store, Outlet or online at While we have stores in Canada and in other international locations, Rewards cannot be used in locations outside the U.S. at this time.

Stride Rite products are sold through other retailers, such as Nordstrom, Macy's and Zappos, can I use my Reward Coupons at these locations?

Many fine retailers carry Stride Rite products, but Stride Rite Rewards can only be used at participating Stride Rite locations and online at

Can I use my Rewards Coupons for products other than Stride Rite products?

Yes, your Rewards can be applied to a variety of great products including shoes from Sperry, Saucony and plenty of other great brands, as well as accessories such as socks, backpacks and hats sold at participating Stride Rite Stores, Outlets and at Reward Coupons cannot be used for Stride Rite Gift Cards.

If a product is less than the $10 Reward value, can I still use the $10 Reward?

Yes you can, however you will not receive any cash back.

What if I forget to bring my original Rewards Coupon to the store with me?

Unfortunately, you need your original Rewards Coupon in order to redeem in-store or online.

Will Rewards Coupons expire?

Yes, the expiration date will be noted on your Rewards Coupon and online in your Rewards Member account.

Can I use my Rewards Coupons with other coupons and promotions?

Multiple Rewards Coupons can be used on a single purchase; however other coupons are subject to the terms and conditions of each coupon, certificate, discount or other promotional offer.

What if I lose my Rewards Card?

Don't worry, you can still shop both in-store and online when you are registered and earn Rewards without your card. But you can also call Stride Rite Customer Service at 800-299-6575 to request a new Rewards Card.

What can cause my order to be delayed?

There are several reasons why an order might be delayed. Typically, delays result from order-related discrepancies. For instance, if the billing information you provide does not match what your bank has on file (including address and telephone number), your order may be delayed. Your order may also be delayed if the billing and shipping address are not the same.

How long does it take to process and ship my order?

The time it takes for you to receive your order will depend on your location, the item(s) ordered, and the shipping speed you selected. All shipments take place in two stages: processing and transit.


Processing and packing times are estimated 24-48 hours. This excludes orders placed on the weekend. Transit

  • Standard delivery service 2-6 business days
  • Express delivery service 3-4 business days
  • Overnight delivery service 1-3 business days

What if I need to return my in-store purchase, what happens to my Rewards Coupon?

The Rewards Coupon can be reused for exchanged product, however the Rewards Coupon used in connection with returned product will not be reissued and the refund amount will not include the value of the Rewards Coupon.

What if I need to return my purchase, what happens to my Rewards balance?

Stride Rite wants customers to be fully satisfied whether they purchase in-store or online, so returns are no problem. The net result from the return will reduce your Rewards balance by that amount.

If my shoes do not fit can I exchange them for a different size?

If for any reason, you are not satisfied with the products you received from us, you can return them to us; and, we will credit your order. At this time, does not offer exchanges. We suggest you return the item(s) and place a new order in the appropriate size on

Can online purchases be returned to the store?

Online purchases can be returned to any corporate Stride Rite store. Please bring your packing slip, order confirmation email or your Stride Rite Rewards Card.

Do you offer replacement shoe laces for children’s shoes?

At this time, we do not offer replacement shoe laces for children’s shoes.

What methods of payment does accept?

We currently accept the following forms of payment:

  • American Express
  • Discover Card
  • MasterCard
  • Visa
  • PayPal (Must be a U.S. account)
  • Stride Rite Gift Cards and eGift Cards
  • Pre-paid gift cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express

Do you accept international credit cards?

Stride Rite only accepts credit cards issued from U.S. banks with U.S. billing and shipping addresses.

My order was not processed and there is a charge on my account. When will the charge be removed?

A. If you used a credit card or debit card, the charge you see is actually a pre-authorization hold. This is a temporary electronic authorization. The card will not be charged unless the order ships. If you did not complete the order, the hold will drop off your account according to your credit card or bank policy. This generally happens within 2 - 10 business days. For more information, contact your credit card company or bank to find out when the hold will be released.

If you used PayPal, the charge you see is actually a pre-transaction notification. This notification will drop off your PayPal account within 30 days. Contact PayPal directly to find out exactly when the pending notification will drop off.

Cancel request and order changes

If I change my mind can I cancel or change my order?

Our goal is to expedite your order as quickly as possible; therefore, once your order is placed it cannot be cancelled or changed. You may always return the item once you receive it.
