"Very cute shoe & my daughter loved the look. But the padding on the bottom of one of the shoes on the inside wasn't glued down properly and it had ripples in it that really bothered her. I am very unhappy with Striderite.com's return policy and the fact that I can't return the shoe to the store. Had I known that ahead of time, I would never have purchased online. Now I have to ship the defective thing back and pay for postage. I won't purchase online again."

"I bought this sneaker for my 6 yr old online, my local store didn't carry this shoe beyond a size 12. It was frustrating to to pay for shipping & that local store can't order the shoes for us. She measured at the store a size 13 but the sneaker ran a little small and should've bought the 13 1/2 but I needed a pair quickly didn't want to pay more shipping and wait another week.
