These shoes look very stylish and can be worn with dress or casual clothing. The soles are fine but the leather around the top is unprotected and can cause rubbing around the ankle. I suggest wearing thick socks to aid in the rubbing but don't recommend these based on cheapness of the shoe. Overall I think the shoes are cheaply made and could offer some padding/protection around the shoe opening.

My son has a difficult fit. These were true to size and look fine on, but the leather is cheap feeling, especially for the money. they are stiff and not very bendable. thank goodness he only has to wear them for a couple of Christmas things and won't be in them long. i had no other options or i would have chosen them.

I got these for my grandson and he really likes them. He has not wanted a dressy shoe for several years until he saw these, so naturally I'm pleased also. They are dressy enough for church, yet casual enough to enjoy for other events where sneakers are too casual.
