We want you to have a positive experience when ordering from StrideRite.com. If you are not satisfied with your order, we want to make it right
Please follow the simple instructions located on the back of your striderite.com order invoice. Striderite.com will gladly accept returns for merchandise purchased through Striderite.com and that meet the following conditions:
- Merchandise must be returned in its original condition and received WITHIN 45 DAYS OF ORIGINAL PURCHASE(INVOICE DATE). Orders returned beyond this time period will not be accepted. Striderite.com reserves the right to refuse worn or damaged merchandise.
- Return merchandise should be packed in its original packaging (both inside Stride Rite box and outside shipping package, if in suitable condition) with the completed packing slip found on the back of the original invoice and returned to the address on the order invoice.
- We highly recommend return merchandise be shipped through UPS who will provide a tracking number and insurance automatically with each shipment. We cannot be responsive to your request without your return in hand.
A credit for the value of the returned merchandise should appear on the original credit card used to purchase the item(s). We do not reimburse shipping charges. Please allow 1-2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement. For more information, please contact your credit card company.
Buy One, Get One 1/2 OFF Returns:
If you received a multiple item purchase discount from a Buy One Get One Half Off promotion, you will receive a credit for the purchase price of the item you purchased at half price. If you wish to return the full-price item, the original Buy One Get One Half Off discount is forfeited, and you will be charged the remaining 50% of the purchase price for the item that received the 50% off discount.
At this time, we cannot offer exchanges for your returned merchandise. We suggest you follow the return procedures to return unwanted merchandise and simultaneously place a new order for the replacement merchandise through Striderite.com. Please be assured, we will process your return immediately upon receipt, crediting your account as necessary.

If we have made an error with your order, Striderite.com Customer Service will gladly assist in a quick resolution. Please follow these easy steps: (1) Please contact our Customer Service Team by email at email@example.com or by phone at 1-800-299-6575 and explain the situation, including your name and order number. (2) Follow our simple return policy, outlined above, to return the merchandise. Striderite.com will reimburse you for your reasonable return ground shipping charge upon receipt of your merchandise. Shipping reimbursement will be credited back to the original purchase credit card.
