Little Loyals Rewards
Do my points expire?
Points are valid for 12 months from the date of the last qualifying purchase. Each qualifying purchase will automatically extend the expiration date of all unused points for 12 months from the month of the qualifying purchase.
Can I earn Little Loyals points in retail stores or other sites that carry Stride Rite?
Little Loyals is only available on striderite.com and at participating Stride Rite stores (please call your local Stride Rite store to inquire).
What can I use my points on?
You can use your points for discounts on your order on striderite.com! Rewards discounts can be used on any product, but cannot be applied to shipping fees, taxes or gift cards.
How do I spend my points?
You will see a dropdown for Rewards in checkout and may choose from available rewards. Please note that your points will be deducted immediately, and that once selected you will not be able to change your selection so only choose a Rewards discount when you are ready to checkout. Only 1 reward offer/points can be redeemed in a purchase.
Does my level reset? How do I maintain my level?
The levels reset every 12 months in the month of January. To maintain a level for the next 12 months, you should have earned the minimum qualified points required by making purchases in the last 12 months. The levels for the upcoming year get evaluated based on the points earned through purchases in the last year.
My points have been deducted, but I didn't use a discount yet.
If you activated a Rewards discount but did not check out, or you hit "Remove" in the cart, your points were deducted; however, the discount code is still active and available to you to use. Log in and go to your Rewards History and you can see all your recent activity. Under "Rewards History" you can see the Rewards discount codes. You can copy and paste the code into the Promo Code area in the cart and your discount will be applied.
How can I earn Birthday Rewards?
Earn birthday rewards on your birthday! The kids get all the fun, it’s your turn now – enter your birthday when you sign up! Earn more birthday rewards each time you level up.
What is the Anniversary Bonus all about?
Enter your Anniversary, aka the day you became a Little Loyal with Stride Rite, and you’ll be gifted points every year on this special day! Level up and receive even more points the next time you’re rewarded!
What happens if I return something?
When items are returned, the points you earned from that purchase will be deducted from your point balance. If you used a Rewards discount code on your order and return your entire order, the points you used for your discount will be added back to your account.
Can I apply my points to order I have already placed?
No, the Rewards discount must be surrendered and applied to your order at check out and cannot be applied to already placed orders.

Yes, Stride Rite partner stores can be found in several communities in the United States. These partner stores feature the largest selection of Stride Rite styles, feature full service, fit certified specialists to assist you in finding the perfect fit for your child, and are independently owned and operated. Type in your city or zip code in our "Find a Store" section to locate the Stride Rite partner store nearest you.
Other than Stride Rite partner stores, are there other stores that carry Stride Rite?
Yes, there are hundreds of stores around the country that carry the Stride Rite brand, including department stores like Dillards, Nordstrom, and Von Maur, as well as independently owned family shoe stores, children's shoe stores, and children's boutiques. Type in your city or zip code in our "Find a Store" section to locate the store nearest you.
What can cause my order to be delayed?
There are several reasons why an order might be delayed. typically, delays result from order-related discrepancies. For instance, if the billing information you provide does not match what your bank has on file (including address and telephone number), your order may be delayed. Your order may also be delayed if the billing and shipping address are not the same.
How long does it take to process and ship my order?
Orders ship the next business day; shipping occurs during normal business days (Monday – Friday), excluding postal holidays.
What are expected transit times?
- Standard delivery service 2-8 business days
- Express delivery service 2-4 business days
- Overnight delivery service 1-3 business days
Time frames are dependent on order date and your location.
What safety measures are you taking to keep me safe from COVID-19 when ordering from your site?
We have implemented multiple safety measures for our employees who handle your orders at our factories and fulfillment centers to ensure products are shipping in a safe and timely manner. Please understand that due to precautions being taken, orders and returns may be delayed. We will continue to be proactive, attentive and fluid in our response to this evolving situation.
If my shoes do not fit can i exchange or return them?
If for any reason, you are not satisfied with the products you received from us, you can return them. Please read through our returns policies here. Please note that items marked "Final Sale" are not returnable.
What methods of payment does striderite.com accept?
We currently accept the following forms of payment:
- American Express
- Discover Card
- PayPal (must be a U.S. account)
- Amazon Payments
- Stride Rite Gift Cards and eGift Cards
- Pre-paid gift cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express
Do you accept international credit cards?
Stride Rite only accepts credit cards issued from U.S. banks with U.S. billing and shipping addresses.
My order was not processed and there is a charge on my account. When will the charge be removed?
Authorization hold. This is a temporary electronic authorization. The card will not be charged unless the order ships. If you did not complete the order, the hold will drop off your account according to your credit card or bank policy. This generally happens within 2 - 10 business days. For more information, contact your credit card company or bank to find out when the hold will be released.
If you used PayPal, the charge you see is actually a pre-transaction notification. This notification will drop off your PayPal account within 30 days. Contact PayPal directly to find out exactly when the pending notification will drop off.
If I change my mind can I cancel or change my order?
Our goal is to expedite your order as quickly as possible; therefore, once your order is placed it cannot be cancelled or changed. You may always return the item once you receive it.
