Returns and Exchanges - all the details:
We are happy to refund the original purchase price of any new, non-worn merchandise returned within 45 days of purchase on striderite.com. Note that Final Sale items cannot be returned.
To initiate a return, please find your order here or log into your account and view Order Details within your Order History,
- Merchandise must be returned in its original unworn condition and received within 45 days of original purchase date. Merchandise returned beyond this time period will not be accepted. striderite.com reserves the right to refuse worn or damaged merchandise.
- Follow the directions on the document provided to you.
- All returns must be packed in the original polybag or carton, based on the number of pairs returned, but must be packed in a suitable carton (not oversized) that fits the returned shoes properly. additionally, the return package must contain only the shoes that are being returned. Following these guidelines will ensure there are no delays in your refund request.
- Additional information: please allow 2-3 weeks for your return to be delivered and processed. Once your return is received, your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically issued to the original method of payment used to purchase the item(s). Your credit may take up to two billing cycles to post to your account, depending on your credit card company.
- Shipping fees are not eligible for refund.
- Please note that all footwear and other select merchandise under $20 (“Final Sale”) is not eligible for return.
At this time, we cannot offer exchanges for your returned merchandise. We suggest you return the unwanted item(s) following the return process above, and place a new order for the replacement merchandise through striderite.com.
for purchases made with a gift card:
If you paid for your items either partially or in full using a Stride Rite gift card(s), you will receive a new Stride Rite gift card loaded with the full value of your refund.
for wrong item(s) shipped:
If we have made an error with your order please contact our customer service team so we can make it right for you.
For purchases made at one of our retail partners:
Merchandise purchased at a non-Stride Rite retail location should be returned or exchanged where the original purchase was made.
