The first day she wore them they rubbed sort of around the ankle and I guess it was sore and uncomfortable and she will NOT put them back on

We bought these for my daughter and they have lasted for a year now. Still look great even though she wore them almost everyday during the winter (in Texas that is). But the fit was just what I measured her foot at home with. Love the shorter boot since it doesn’t stay cold here all winter.

My 5 year old wore these boots ONE day and they were already very scuffed up. Stride rite, you have let me down with such poor quality. You used to be a dependable brand. I will be going to Amazon from now on. It can’t be any worse and Amazon would take this crap back.

We ordered boots in my daughter's usual size that was measured in the shoe store. And they were HUGE. And then we printed the Stride Rite sizing form measured again at home, then ordered other boots one whole size down and they were still too big. We are so frustrated! They didn't have the boots in stock at the store and they made it very hard to return!

These booties are very cute, but they are very difficult to unzip. I thought I was going to have to return them because I couldn’t unzip them. My daughter definitely can’t unzip them without help. The box they came in literally fell apart when I grabbed it out of the bag that it was shipped in .
